saṃdhyā yoga


I have developed a yoga format for employees who sit in office furniture during the workday.  My yoga format gives employee-students the practical knowledge to adapt their rigid postural habits into healthy ones by concentrating on pelvic-tilt, hip-gait, shoulder-breadth, foot-usage, etc.  Students also engage their stress, tension, creative-block, and other ailments in order to transform such health concerns into active wellness practices. Ultimately, students learn to shift their fitness-focus from merely becoming active to how to be both active and sedentary with the same health-consciousness.​​
